Tasting Notes

The flavour profile is wonderfully subtle yet complex.  The nose greets with fresh green notes and underlying citrus hints, while the palate is led by juniper and coriander, followed by a zesty citrus base. The finish is rounded off with fresh green samphire and a slight salty touch that tingles the taste buds.
